This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all services provided by livestrato.net, including courses on live stream strategy for reporters covering planning broadcast locations, organizing camera feeds, supporting real-time reporting, and improving live coverage workflows.

Payment Terms

All fees are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be made in full prior to commencement of any course or service. We accept payment via bank transfer or approved credit card methods.

• Course fees cover access to live sessions and related materials.
• Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by Australian law.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. A full refund may be issued if a course is cancelled by livestrato.net before it begins. Partial refunds are not available once live sessions have commenced.

• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven days of purchase.
• No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or technical issues on the participant's end.
